Biden and bin Salman may hold talks on Middle East visit – White House

A White House spokesman has said that US President Joe Biden is due to visit the Middle East next week in which he will also hold bilateral talks with Saudi Crown Prince bin Salman.

According to the news of Reuters, America is once again trying to establish relations with Saudi Arabia, due to which an attempt has been made to meet and talk to the powerful Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia.

The US needs Saudi Arabia at a time of high gasoline prices and curbing Iran’s growing influence in the Middle East.

However, it has not been clear from Biden that Bin Salman and Biden will have face-to-face talks.

White House spokesman John Kirby told reporters on Thursday that Biden’s visit will include bilateral meetings with Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his leadership team, which also includes the Crown Prince.
